 (28.5%) in the US have experienced rape\, physical violence\, and/or stalk
 ing by an intimate partner in their lifetime.\nJCADA encourages Purple Sha
 bbat to heighten awareness of Domestic Violence Awareness. Hosting Purple 
 Shabbat signals that our community we support survivors of intimate partne
 r violence (IPV)\, reinforce that abuse will not be tolerated\, and normal
 izes conversations about healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors. Add
 itionally\, we are helping ensure tour members have access to JCADA’s li
 fe-saving services and resources so everyone can live safe and empowered l
 ives.\nKol Shalom members\, Amanda Katz\, Executive Director of JCADA and
