Kol Shalom and JTLI invite you to join in an important discussion between Gil Preuss, the CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and our own JTLI students who will explore the present and future of our Jewish community. We will explore critical issues like how is our Jewish community prepared to meet the challenges of a vastly more diverse Jewish community than in previous generations? In what ways is our organized Jewish community striving to be relevant to up and coming generations of Jews who have grown up in an environment of increased anti-Semitism both on the left and on the right? How are we prepared to meet the changing demographics and philanthropic concerns of younger generations? We will explore these and many other topics that affect us all.
