Avodat HaLev: Bringing Heart and Soul to Tefilah

Tefilah, Jewish prayer, can be so meaningful and even transformative when we understand and bring intention to the words that we pray.

Join spiritual leader, Sally Heckelman, as we build upon the popular class that was offered last year, further exploring the meaning and intentions of Shabbat evening and morning prayers, gaining a deeper understanding of how they connect us with G-d, with tradition, and with each other.

  • How can we achieve kavannah and personalize prayer to make our davening experience more meaningful?
  • How do melodies help connect us to particular prayers?

All are welcome.
