Jewish Parenting

This four-part series will explore how to raise healthy, happy children through a Jewish lens.  How can we turn big and small parenting choices into opportunities for expressing and imparting Judaism’s rich values and traditions? Discussions will include learning about practical ideas and rituals for enriching Shabbat, Jewish holidays and everyday events in your home. Your registration includes the Anita Diamant and Karen Kushner’s book, How to Raise a Jewish Child: A Practical Handbook for Family Life to help guide our discussions.

Class led by Sally Heckelman, MSW, music educator and experienced mother of four grown children. These sessions are for parents with children who are age 10 and younger.
