We have arranged for CRASE training (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event) for members of Kol Shalom, led by Officer Derrick Tibbs and Mark Landahl of the Rockville City Police Department.
This 45-minute presentation was built to provide participants with the necessary tools and skills to be able to successfully deploy the Civilian Response program in almost any situation.
