Please join us as we observe Tisha B’Av, a fast day marking the anniversary of the destruction of the First and Second Temples in Ancient Jerusalem as well as other calamities associated with that day. Tisha B’Av reminds us of how we as a people learned to adapt and overcome obstacles, something we continue to do to this day.
Rabbi Gruenwald and Hazzan Sally Heckelman will lead the service, which will include the chanting and reading of the Book of Eicha led by them, Lew Schrager, Judy Platt and Pat Harvey.
