Women are invited to join us as we welcome the new month of Shevat with a focus on how to maintain good balance. Much goes into good balance: the flexibility and strength of certain muscles, core strength, and proprioception (our body’s unconscious sense of its position in time, motion and space). Rachel Miller and Janet Goldman, experienced Physical Therapists, will teach about these aspects of balance and will show us some exercises that can be done at home.
Please bring a mat and wear comfortable exercise clothes.
