As we welcome the month of Iyar, the Women’s Rosh Chodesh Group extends an invitation to all members, women and men, to join us at our next meeting on Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30pm for Guided Meditation and Breathing Techniques led by Sharon Spiegel, PhD, ABPP. While meditation is an effective means to achieve a greater sense of calm, it can be very useful during these stressful times. Refreshments will be served.
