Join us on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:30pm, as we welcome the month of Iyar. The topic is: Feeling good: Your Core, Your Posture, and Your Breath
The session will be led by Janet Goldman and Rachel Miller, licensed Physical Therapists. They will share a brief powerpoint presentation of what the “core” muscles are, with instruction in how to engage the deep core muscles. They will also discuss posture guidelines in everyday living, the role of the breath, and how-to’s of deep breathing. It is going to be a very valuable session for all of us and it is suitable for all levels!
Please bring a mat to lie on and wear comfortable clothing.
